Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Pulse mobile app handles information when you use camera-based heart rate measurements, wellbeing features, and subscriptions. You can contact us at vip-app@xin.com.
Camera measurements and local records
With your permission, Pulse uses the rear camera to detect changes in light at your fingertip and estimate heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) on your device. Camera frames are processed in real time; they are not saved or uploaded by Pulse. You can revoke camera access in iOS Settings, but camera-based measurements will then be unavailable.
Measurement results, mood entries, and stress check-ins are stored on your device. You can delete individual measurement records in the app. Removing the app removes its active local records. Device backups may be handled separately by iOS according to your device settings.
Subscriptions and configuration requests
Apple processes subscription purchases and payments. Pulse receives product, transaction, and subscription entitlement information so it can provide purchased features; it does not receive your payment card details.
To load paywall configuration, Pulse sends its bundle identifier, app version, and configured product identifiers to its configuration endpoint at www.app6.top. The endpoint may also receive your IP address and standard network request information. This request does not include camera frames or measurement records.
Optional analytics and attribution
Analytics and attribution are off by default. If you enable analytics in app settings, Firebase Analytics may receive app interaction and purchase events. If you enable attribution and grant Apple's tracking permission, Meta and AppsFlyer may receive attribution and purchase events and device identifiers permitted by that authorization. These providers process information under their own policies.
Your choices and data requests
You can disable analytics or attribution in app settings and withdraw camera or tracking permission in iOS Settings. Disabling a feature does not automatically erase information already received by a service provider. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
