These terms describe the Pulse app and its optional subscription features. For the license to use the iOS app, please read Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Wellness information
Pulse estimates heart rate and HRV from camera signals and provides related wellbeing insights. Results are for general wellness information. They are estimates and are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, emergency service, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical concern or urgent symptoms, seek appropriate medical care.
Subscriptions and free trials
Pulse may offer weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscriptions. If an eligible free trial is available, the offer shown before purchase states its duration and the amount and billing period that follow. The App Store purchase sheet shows the final price and terms for your storefront. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple account before renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings. Apple handles billing and applicable refund requests.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how app information is handled. We may update these terms as the app changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
